About The Project
A complete institute management portal for Envision Computer Training Institute (ECTI), Pune. Built with Java (JSP/Servlets) backend and Tailwind CSS frontend. Replaces a manual spreadsheet system. Features: course catalogue with batch schedules, online student registration, admin dashboard for batch management, attendance recording, fee tracking with receipt generation, and enquiry management.
The Challenge
Replace an entirely manual, error-prone spreadsheet system with a web application simple enough for non-technical institute staff to operate independently.
